Santa Ana Mayor Miguel Pulido has been fined, again, by the state Fair Political Practices Commission for failing to report campaign expenses in his latest mayoral race.

The commission, convening Thursday in Sacramento, unanimously approved a $1,366 fine on Pulido for not reporting expenses on four consecutive campaign statements from July 2013 to October 2014.

His campaign committee, Pulido for Mayor 2014, did not report $14,750 total, according to a commission document. The form stated no evidence was found of Pulido’s intent to conceal the contributions.
